Delete your account
You can have your Sweet Clash account and everything stored with it deleted, at any time, for any reason or none. You do not need the game installed and you do not need to be signed in to make the request.
How to request it
Send one email to support@2dlogic.com with the subject Delete my Sweet Clash account, and include:
- If you signed in with Google: send the email from the Google address you signed in with. That is how we confirm the request is really yours — we will not ask you for a password, and you should never send one.
- If you played as a guest: tell us your in-game display name (it is shown at the top-left of the game, next to your avatar). Guest accounts carry no email address, so please also tell us roughly when you last played and which city you had reached, so we can identify the right record.
What gets deleted
Everything we hold that is attached to the account:
- The account record itself.
- Your Google account identifier, display name, email address and profile picture, if you signed in with Google.
- Your guest identifier and display name, if you played as a guest.
- Your campaign progress — cities and stops cleared.
- Your coin balance and game statistics.
- Your chosen avatar.
- Your match history.
What may be kept, and for how long
Ordinary server logs (IP address, browser type, request time) are kept for a short operational period and then discarded on their own schedule; they are not linked to your account after deletion. If we are under a specific legal obligation to retain something — for example a record relating to an open dispute — we keep only that, only for as long as the obligation lasts, and use it for nothing else.
How long it takes
We acknowledge every request within 7 days and complete it within 30 days. If we need more information to identify your account we will write back and ask.
Deletion is permanent. There is no undo and no recovery. Your progress, your coins and your place on the map all go, and signing in again afterwards starts you from the Training Grounds as a new player.
If you only want to stop playing
You do not have to delete anything to walk away — you can simply sign out, or stop using the game. If you have signed in with Google and only want to withdraw that connection, you can remove Sweet Clash's access from your Google account permissions page. That revokes our access to your Google profile, but it does not delete the account we already hold — for that, send the email above.
